USPS Shipping

All our shipping is through USPS. Rates depend on the total of your order, starting at $3.99 for First Class Mail, up to $9.99 for Priority Mail.

First Class or Priority Mail (2-4 days): $4 and up
Express Mail (overnight to most locations): $25 and up
International Priority Mail: $249 and up

Free Shipping! We also offer free shipping for all orders over $100.

Most items ship in 1-3 business days after the order is placed due to time to hand craft and personalize your item.

To our International customers: We do value your business and we're sorry for the costs we have to charge! After multiple losses and delays with regular International First Class, we now prefer to ship International Priority. If you'd like to request different arrangements please contact us.

Local Pickup

We do offer online ordering for our local friends and those within pickup distance of our retail location in Siloam Springs, AR 72761. If you would like to come pick up your order, select the "Local Pickup Only" option and then give us a call to come pick it up.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All non-personalized items in original packaging and condition may be returned within 90 days of shipment notice. Please email orders@babyvardo.com to request exchanges or refunds prior to returning the product. All personalized item sales are final barring product defects or mistakes. If you receive a personalized item that you feel is not as described on our site, please contact us just as soon as you can so we can fix the problem for you. Thank you!
